Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gl444 ("gl444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The agreement becomes effective the moment you complete registration on gl444.bet or begin using any feature of the platform, whichever is earlier.

By accessing gl444, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are legally permitted to access and use online gaming platforms under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction; (c) all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date; and (d) you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the platform.

gl444 may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on file. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

gl444 is strictly an adult platform. Access to, and participation in, any game, bet, or wagering activity on gl444 is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. gl444 conducts age verification checks as part of the withdrawal approval process and may request identity documentation at any time.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on gl444. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder. Sharing login credentials, operating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing another person to use your account is a breach of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion Status: Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion from gl444 or from any other gambling platform are not permitted to register a new account during the active self-exclusion period.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. gl444 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular country or region.

gl444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification — from any player at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full suite of gl444 features — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, sports betting, and live casino — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires the provision of accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gl444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You must notify gl444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

gl444 operates a single Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) wallet for all financial activity on the platform. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fee is applied when funding your account via supported local payment methods.

• Verification Requirement: gl444 may delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment method verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML (anti-money laundering) measure.
• Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only: Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods that are registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed under any circumstances.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play is subject to applicable wagering requirements as stated in the relevant bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus portion.
• Right to Review: gl444 reserves the right to review any transaction that appears unusual, inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or indicative of fraudulent activity. During a review, the relevant funds may be placed in a temporary hold.

Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on gl444 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Player: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible game types will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games (e.g., certain low-margin live casino titles) will not count toward bonus clearance.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically from the player's account without notice or compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: gl444 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional structures rather than engage in genuine entertainment play.
• Withdrawal Sequencing: Where a player holds both a real-money balance and an active bonus balance, real-money funds are used first for wagers unless the platform's cashier interface indicates otherwise.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonus credits have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for real currency except through the normal wagering and withdrawal process as permitted by the applicable bonus terms.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on gl444 — whether on sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules governing each game or market type. These rules are published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section and are binding on the player from the moment a bet is confirmed.

The following general principles apply across all gaming activity on the gl444 platform:

• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game and market on gl444 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or sportsbook prior to bet placement. Limits may vary by game type, player account tier, and time of day.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered placed and confirmed once a confirmation reference number is issued by the gl444 system. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference — for example due to a connection interruption prior to processing — are not valid and no payout obligation arises.
• Obvious Errors: gl444 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted due to an obvious error in the odds, lines, or game parameters — for example, odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price. Any winnings derived from obvious errors will be voided and the stake returned.

Prohibited Conduct

gl444 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent platform for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud gl444 or other players — including but not limited to chargebacks, false identity claims, payment fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes — is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker, table games, or sports betting syndicates that exploit platform pricing errors, is forbidden.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or systematic low-risk bonus clearing — is prohibited.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform is strictly forbidden.
• Money Laundering: Using the gl444 platform to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity is a criminal offence. gl444 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Any attempt by an individual under the age of 18 to register or use the gl444 platform, or any attempt by an adult to facilitate underage gambling, is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment or Abuse: Harassing, abusing, threatening, or intimidating gl444 staff, support agents, or other platform users via any communication channel is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

gl444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Additionally, players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the gl444 support team via live chat or email.

• Voluntary Closure: A player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting gl444 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist.
• Involuntary Suspension: gl444 may suspend an account pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms. During suspension, deposits and withdrawals are frozen but the player retains view-only access to their account history.
• Permanent Closure for Breach: Where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, gl444 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any balance held, including real-money funds that are reasonably considered to derive from prohibited activity.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who activate the self-exclusion tool from within their account settings will have their account locked for the chosen exclusion period. The gl444 responsible gaming team manages self-exclusion requests. For further information, refer to the Responsible Gaming page.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. gl444 will attempt to contact the registered player before applying any dormancy administration fee as set out in the current fee schedule published on the platform.

Following permanent account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — gl444 will retain account records in accordance with its data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy. Retained data is used solely for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and audit purposes and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
